I tried making soy sauce fried rice

Ingredients

30g Carrots
41g Green onions
120g Spam Lite (I don't recommend Spam Classic because it's too salty; I recommend the Lite version)
2 Eggs
2 bowls of Thai rice (Fried rice tastes delicious when made with Thai rice ^0^)

Seasoning

Add 3 tbsp of oil to the pan and preheat^^

Pour in the beaten eggs

Just scramble them

Just stir it all around ^^

Add green onions and carrots

Add the rice

Spread it out and stir-fry
Since this rice has almost no stickiness, it is easy to cook

Then add the Spam

Stir-fry well for about 10 seconds

Start seasoning
1 tbsp of raw soy sauce

A little bit of dark soy sauce for a deep color

Sprinkle a generous amount of white pepper

Finish by adding about 0.3 tsp of salt at the end

It is finished immediately

Plate it

Fried rice is delicious when cooked with Thai rice ^0^

That was a good meal
