Is it enteritis if I've had diarrhea for 4 consecutive days?

After eating fried yellow corvina on Monday,
I had diarrhea on Tuesday after eating yellow corvina.
I thought I would be fine,
but I've had continuous diarrhea through Wed, Thu, and Fri.
Normally, I only experience diarrhea about once a week,
so I'm starting to get suspicious.
The funny thing is, whether I go to the bathroom or not,
I get this sensation of something in my organs
above my navel slightly squeezing.
I wonder why this is happening...
