Will we be able to receive the full Samsung Electronics performance bonus?

The whole society is jealous,
the government is even implementing legislation that treats performance bonuses as illegal strikes,
and shareholder groups are filing lawsuits—there is so much talk going on.
Will we actually be able to receive it in full?
I heard the government is even preparing a bill stating that performance bonuses must receive approval at a general shareholders' meeting..
What are your thoughts??
To be honest, if this were the case in the past, it would have been handled as internal disciplinary action, but it feels like Samsung is trying to crush the labor union.
