The Thai establishment is completely dominated by ethnic Chinese...

I happened to see a YouTube video about Thailand's past Prime Ministers and the Top 100 richest people,
and it seems like everyone's face has a Chinese vibe.
They definitely look completely different from native Thais.
Some might say it's the same in other Southeast Asian countries,
and while it's true that most Southeast Asian countries have many ethnic Chinese among the wealthy,
it's not as extreme as in Thailand. At least in politics..
But in Thailand, it's seriously dominated by ethnic Chinese to a shocking degree.
Even the immediate former Prime Minister and the current Prime Minister are ethnic Chinese lol.
This doesn't happen at all in other Southeast Asian countries.
At least a significant number of the Thai King and military generals are pure Tai people,
so it feels like the Thai identity is somehow being maintained..
But since they are all part of the same establishment, in the end, it's the native Thai commoners who suffer..
