Look at how clueless these doctors are

I'm telling you to stop saving them lol. Get a clue.
Essential medical care costs too much..
Even if you save the elderly, they can't work and can't pay taxes; they just suck the health insurance funds dry.
Then in a little while, a problem arises, they get rushed to the ER, and you save them again.
Then they just suck the health insurance funds dry again.
This repeats until the very end, even when they can't control their bowels and are unconscious.
They only save people like "Kim Gi-hwan" (unproductive patients).
Even if they live, they can't work, and they can't become part of the productive population, but they keep respawning them,
so how much must the ER doctors hate that they keep draining the health insurance funds?
The country and the government have been sending signals for years to stop saving them.
Once they pass working age, they should die quickly.
