I got goosebumps while rewatching Cho Jin-woong's criminal history

‌I am the same age as Cho Jin-woong.
Right around when I moved to Bundang in high school,
back in '93-'94, there were constant rumors about
delinquents and gangsters using cars to lure, kidnap, and rape or rob women.
Since the area wasn't fully developed back then, the streets were empty and desolate,
so it was too scary for women to walk alone; we always went with friends or avoided those areas at night.
If we saw a van parked on the side of the road, we would take a long detour to pass by.
I just realized that the person committing those very crimes that caused those rumors
was Cho Jin-woong.
It's absolutely chilling.
