I can definitely tell now that I've entered my 40s

Finished work late on Friday..
I came into the office today and my whole body is aching and I feel so tired
It wasn't like this even just a few years ago, but I'm feeling it much more this year..ㅠㅠ
I'm taking vitamins and red ginseng, but my body just isn't recovering.
