Thai people don't seem to have any ill will toward Vietnam at all

People talk nonsense about them being arch-rivals by forcing rivalries through things like nationality, national power, or football,
but I've observed many actual perceptions of Thai people,
and they truly have zero ill will toward Vietnam.
It's either just a good country to travel to, or closer to being completely indifferent.
Should I say it feels more on the friendly side instead?
On the contrary, they really dislike Cambodia lol. That part is certain.
