Canadian pork belly is actually tastier than most domestic options.

I frequently cook pork belly at home, either grilled or as boiled pork (suyuk).
I've been eating almost exclusively Canadian pork for about 2 to 3 years now.
Based on Coupang prices, it's about half the price of domestic pork (1,600–1,700 KRW per 100g),
but since it's distributed chilled, it tastes better than most domestic pork belly.
I don't eat European pork much because it's distributed frozen and doesn't taste good,
but the chilled Canadian pork is quite delicious.
