Wasn't Lee Jae-myung the one who suffered more from the prosecution than anyone else in the country?
He is saying that a minimum level of oversight mechanism is necessary.
Since there can be instances of poor or illegal investigations by investigative agencies, he is suggesting we establish at least a specialized organization to prevent such things while maintaining the capacity to prosecute major crimes. Isn't that the point?
What is the problem? Why is Kim Yong-min right and Lee Jae-myung wrong?
