Will opening the KRX after-hours market in September solve the issues with the night session?

Whether it goes up or down during the after-hours session,
the problem where the next day's pre-market opening price is based on the KRX closing price has been a mess for a long time.
Will this be resolved immediately once the KRX after-hours market opens?
Surely, even if the KRX after-hours market opens, the next day's pre-market opening price won't still be the previous day's regular session closing price, right? lol
