Cold shower after night running

I'm taking a cold shower right after a 5km run,
and it's still quite manageable..
The water isn't as cold as I expected;
it feels more lukewarm...
This two-step combo of running + cold showers
has been giving me a massive dopamine hit since June...
There aren't many days left this year
to enjoy this..
