No matter how much money Ballmer has, he's still just one of the owners in the NBA.
It's not like he's completely innocent... and he wants to appeal??
Does he want to get hit with even harsher disciplinary action for being defiant?
Other team owners are already annoyed by Ballmer's money-driven antics as it is...
