How do you handle ice packs when returning Coupang Fresh Bags?

I feel like I read somewhere that you're supposed to return the ice packs together,
so I've always included them.
But last time, the driver left the ice packs on the ground and just
took the Fresh Bags.
Aren't we supposed to return the ice packs too??
