What do you think about a 4-day work week?

Working 9 hours a day (8 to 6) on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Resting on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
Wouldn't it be good to reduce working hours to 36 hours a week
while taking a 15% pay cut?
It would also create more jobs and help resolve the employment crisis for young people.
