Regarding tourism potential in Incheon Songdo International City within the next 5 years

Do you think there is potential for skyscraper tourism comparable to the night views in China or Hong Kong?
Looking at the scale of recent constructions, it is quite massive.
With the upcoming GTX, transportation will improve, so the potential as a tourist city seems significant.
Since Korea's tourism is mostly centered around shopping and food, having a theme park would be perfect.
But as for theme parks, there isn't much besides Lotte World in Seoul...
