Can anyone recommend tape for window frames?

You know that plastic part next to the window frame, like the skeleton??
I'm trying to stick something to it, but regular Scotch tape
falls off after a few days. I'm not sure if it's because
it gets too much sunlight... but I can't exactly use
super glue to attach window coverings either...
Is there any tape that won't fall off??
