I've felt this since the LCK playoffs, but Alistar's tier has risen significantly

Alistar is OP if you can manage the laning phase well, but the problem was that his laning was too weak.
During the playoffs, was it Gumayusi-Keria or Gumayusi-Delight playing Alistar against Caitlyn? Anyway, was it against Ruler?
It was a difficult laning matchup, but they managed to go almost even against Peyz-Keria and even won the game.
Since Gumayusi-Delight managed to go even in similar disadvantaged matchups during the season, I thought it was a play that only they could pull off.
But during the finals, I saw Ruler-Duero (I don't remember the ADC) playing Alistar and going almost even against Gumayusi-Keria's Caitlyn-Karma combo.
So I thought, "Ah, when facing other S-tier bot lanes, Alistar might actually be viable against strong laners like Jhin, Caitlyn, or Varus," but as expected, they just picked Jhin-Alistar again this time.
I think Alistar's tier will be extremely high during this Worlds as well, provided he doesn't get nerfed. ㅇㅇ
