Is it that no teams are good at ball games except Korea and Japan?

It's not even Taiwan or China, and it seems even more so for other teams..
The ball game teams are almost entirely dominated by Korea and Japan. Oh, wait, I just checked and saw the North Korean women's soccer team and the Uzbekistan men's soccer team.
Anyway, it seems Korea and Japan almost overwhelmingly dominate ball games.
