Why Seoul apartment prices are crashing

I think a trend is coming where a certain generation will choose to live in the provinces, working part-time jobs and living comfortably in homes inherited from their parents, instead of coming up to Seoul to struggle.
As the elderly living in Seoul pass away and the younger generation—who would normally absorb the housing supply—chooses not to buy into the market, prices will inevitably crash.
