This is a snack my friend ordered.
I'm not sure if it was a complimentary side dish or if it was ordered separately.
What is the name of this?
I'm curious about its origins (it's my first time seeing it lol)
There was sliced cucumber,
and in the middle, there was barley rice that tasted like soybean paste, mixed with various other ingredients.
You eat it together with the shredded vegetables.
It was quite interesting. I've never seen food like this before lol
