Explicit videos are appearing on Instagram without any mosaic/blurring

I created an Instagram account just to follow my child's kindergarten or my nephew's SNS to see how they are growing, without posting anything myself.
While I was mindlessly scrolling through short-form content, why are these shorts appearing that show breasts and lower bodies with no mosaic or blurring at all?
