What will happen if there is an MLB strike next year

Because of Ohtani,
they say there is a high possibility of a Major League strike next year.
But even if there is a strike, Aaron Judge
would go to the Japanese league rather than the KBO.
During the strike period,
they say players will be allowed to play in overseas leagues on loan.
If a strike occurs, Ohtani might
play in the Japanese league for a while for the Japanese fans.
