A soldier lost his ankle, yet we're providing medical equipment to North Korea?

This guy Chung Dong-young is out of his mind.
It was our soldiers who suffered damage from North Korean landmines.
We pay 80 million won for a single ankle,
but medical equipment?
Why are you giving it all away to North Korea, you lunatic? And with taxpayer money, no less.
Would you still act like this if your own ankle was blown off??
