In fact, it will only increase the deficit.
The merger is a fake, and using it as an excuse to offer a 10% discount makes no sense.
The KTX prices from 2011 and the prices in 2026 are currently frozen at the same level.
No matter how much of a public enterprise it is, freezing prices for 15 years has gone too far.
