It's a local favorite, but the hygiene standards are terrible

It's a place that sells artillery clam kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and boiled pork slices (suyuk).
During meal times, you have to wait in line for nearly an hour.
But I don't know if they aren't washing the dishes properly,
but there were clumps of dried rice stuck to the bowls.
When I personally took a bowl back to ask for a replacement because of its condition,
they didn't even apologize and just said, "I'll just swap it for you."
One time, the clams weren't purged at all,
so I had to crunch through sand every single time I ate a clam.
Looking at Naver reviews recently,
someone mentioned finding a torn piece of a receipt in their noodles.
The kalguksu is just average,
but the boiled pork is so delicious that I keep thinking about it.
I'm considering going just one last time to eat the pork.
