Will people in their early 30s still be able to receive the National Pension?

I heard the National Pension has taken a hit lately because the KOSPI has dropped so much..
But do you think those in their early 30s will still be able to receive it somehow?
I feel like I really need to receive at least the National Pension to have a stable retirement.
