Isn't Chung-Ang University's Anseong Campus a branch campus?

This is a question that came to mind while reading a discussion about Yonsei University's Wonju Campus.
I naturally assumed that Chung-Ang University's Anseong Campus was a branch campus, completely separate from the main campus, just like Yonsei or Hanyang.
However, looking at Namuwiki, it is described as if it is just a different campus of the same university.
Does that mean it isn't considered a branch campus?
This is a bit different from what I originally knew.
