Are there any of you who became "real estate beggars" thanks to the democratic administration??

I live in a large city in Chungnam, but because the supply is so high, the money I've made from real estate over the last decade or so is barely more than bank interest.
Among my relatives and acquaintances in areas like Gangdong and Gwanak-gu in Seoul, Bundang, Anyang, and Suwon Yeongtong, no matter how much I struggle with stocks or try to convince myself that I've earned enough to buy a few Porsches, some of them have made enough to buy several Rolls-Royces.
What's more, most of them are leftists, which makes me wonder if that's why they're doing so well... Like those common politicians, I should have lived in rentals while owning a house in Seoul starting over a decade ago, but I hesitated and now it's all over..
With the wealth gap widening like the distance between heaven and earth under Jam-papa, what joy is left in life?? Even when it comes to receiving government subsidies, I'm being cut off because I don't meet the criteria ㅜㅜ
