Watching this Asian Games, it's clear that Japan just doesn't know how to get things done

Watching the various mishaps at the Asian Games, I can't help but think these people just aren't good at their jobs.
To put it bluntly, they might try to comfort themselves by saying they don't care about the Asian Games or that it's not a big deal,
but regardless, whether it's volunteer work or paid positions, it's still their job—so how is it that every single thing they do falls through? lol
It was the same during the Olympics too.
Overall, the country just lacks competence.
Then again, after hitting a peak, it's not easy to remain stagnant without any progress like that.
