Richarlison is refusing a transfer to prevent Tottenham from benefiting

Richarlison made a counter-offer because he wants to move to Everton.

For this deal to succeed, Richarlison must accept the transfer to Everton.

once he realized that his move to Everton would create a favorable situation for Tottenham,
he has been refusing the transfer to Everton.
