No company is as disability-friendly as Korail

They have wheelchair lifts at every station
to help people board and exit
they provide guides for the visually impaired
and they even assist elderly people with mobility issues
Of course, some might say, "They're a public corporation, so isn't this just their job?"
But it's not like they only receive government support
given that they've accumulated deficits due to frozen fares for over 10 years
If you compare them to other public institutions or transportation companies
there aren't many places that care this much about people with disabilities
