Just how terrible is the Hanwha Futures team's defensive practice?

I can't believe even those substitute players can't defend properly.
There isn't a single outfielder with league-average defense, and even the backup players in the Futures team are a complete mess.
It's well known that they didn't practice under Choi Won-ho, but it seems like it's still a disaster now.
The only solution is to keep buying FA players every year to fill the gaps.
Even though I'm watching without any expectations, this is extremely unpleasant. ㅡㅡ
