A 9.9s 100m was recorded in Thailand; does Korea have a chance too?

They say Asians can't reach that limit,
but at that level, if a Korean athlete emerges
who is on another level like Yuna Kim or Son Heung-min,
would a sub-10 second time be possible?
The problem seems to be whether that kind of talent would choose sprinting.
They'll probably end up doing another popular domestic sport.
