I can't work out because of a shoulder injury, but life after work has been a whole new world lol

I injured my shoulder while working out
and have been taking a break for a month now,
but lately, life has been so much fun.
In the past, I felt like I absolutely had to work out
for 2 to 3 hours after work or even on weekends.
To be honest, it was such a chore and I didn't want to do it,
but I felt like I was forcing myself just because I was afraid of losing muscle.
I used to feel so tired, bored, and like I had no motivation in life,
but lately, since I've been enjoying leisure time after work—
like watching movies alone, reading books, or going for walks—
life actually feels quite enjoyable these days.
