It is based on beef lean meat and dried cabbage (ugeoji), and the ox blood (seonji) is served separately.
If you run low on meat or ox blood, they will refill it for you, but the portion is so large that in my case, I only refill the ox blood about once.
I frequently visit both the main branch and the Buksuwon branch, but I think the main branch tastes better.
Personally, I think the absolute best hangover soup is Mapo Haejang's Naejang-tang (organ soup), but I'd say the Yuchi Hoegwan main branch is a close second.
It tastes great.
