The main venue for the Island Expo isn't even that big.jpg

I thought it would be on the scale of the Suncheon Garden Expo, but
at that size, the only facilities inside are just screens.
Where on earth did all that 100 billion won go?
Did they dump it all into compensation costs like they do with baseball stadiums?
