I don't think I can drink Americano for a while

I got a sudden, urgent urge to go to the bathroom, so I rushed in there and did my business,
but there was no toilet paper..
The only thing I had was the
Americano I was drinking from a takeout cup..
I used the ice to gently rub my anus to sweep away the residue,
then I dipped my hands in the Americano water to wash my butt, and kept dipping my hands
back into the coffee cup to wash them again and again.
I finished up by using a handkerchief to wipe clean and then threw it in the trash..
I don't think I'll be able to drink Americano for a while.
