My Brother and Gundam

‌Yes. It's Gundam again. Lately, I feel like I always have to include "Gundam" in my titles. lol
But I couldn't think of any other title.
I just got back from my parents' house.
My brother came down by himself this time. He left early Friday morning and arrived in the early hours, and for the trip back up, he just left at 3:00 AM.
I bought some snacks for him to eat while driving yesterday, but I kept worrying about whether he might get hungry.
Since we heard on the news yesterday that the traffic congestion clears up around 3:00 AM, I figured he would leave then.
I headed out at 2:40 AM to the convenience store.
A hamburger? No~ it's inconvenient to eat in the car.
A sandwich? No~ breadcrumbs fall off surprisingly easily.
Kimbap? No~ rice might be too heavy, or it could suddenly upset his stomach.
A hot bar? No~ nobody likes a cold hot bar.
In the end, what I chose were chestnut manju and red bean bread.
When I arrived in front of my parents' house, a car was just about to pull out.
Yes. It was my brother. My parents were there too.
"I bought some bread that doesn't make crumbs, just in case you get hungry."
After watching my brother head off, I came back home.
Some of you reading this might think, "Wow, she really cares about her brother," right?
No. That's not it.
Yesterday, my brother said to me:
"Should I buy you one Gundam every month from now on?"
I told him it was fine for now, but you never know what the future holds.
So, I rushed out and signed up for insurance.
ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Just kidding. (Or maybe half-joking??? lol)
My brother, who turns 60 the day after tomorrow, suddenly picking up a hobby of building Gundams and saying that to his younger sister who is aging right alongside him... I don't think that's a common thing.
And it's not just anything, it's Gundam.
I was just really grateful for his sentiment.
