Whether the Busan shark has lost its sense of direction

It seems it still hasn't headed out to sea and is staying in the waterway inside North Port.
I'm not sure if there is a lot of food there.
It might have wandered into the inner waterway without realizing it and is now lost, unable to find the exit.
It feels like it should be released back toward the sea..
