Caps is the second best mid laner

Caps has nothing to lose in terms of career compared to Knight or Chovy; he's not lacking in impact or longevity.
If you consider symbolism and such, I believe Caps is definitely the number two.
And between Knight and Chovy, Knight still has the upper hand.
Knight has at least made it to a Worlds final,
whereas when other regions look at Chovy, it'll feel like they're looking at us watching WE.
People talk about the gap in league levels, but the one creating that gap is ultimately T1 Faker.
Excluding T1, the LPL has the upper hand in matches against the LCK. The LCK only looks strong because T1 beats everyone at Worlds.
