Conspiracy Theories + Hwandan Gogi Believers

What should I do about an acquaintance whose mental state is such that they claim everything—politics, economy, society, and culture—is progressing exactly according to plan?
They speak as if they have mastered all worldly affairs, predicting when wars will end, election results, stock market trends, and so on, and they even believe in Hwandan Gogi.
According to my acquaintance, Han Dong-hoon should be the president right now and the Ukraine war should have ended two years ago, but when I tell them they are wrong, they say they are just in the stage of preparing for their next "project."
