How would you rank foreign managers by their career achievements?

If we look from 2002 onwards,
Hiddink, Umberto Coelho, Advocaat, Pim Verbeek, Schuster, Bento, Klinsmann, Moreno
If we rank them by managerial career,
Hiddink > Advocaat >>> Coelho > Bento > Klinsmann > Moreno > Stieglitz > Verbeek
Would it be something like this?
Should Coelho, Bento, Klinsmann, and Moreno be considered roughly equal?
Stieglitz was terrible and Verbeek was essentially a first-time manager, so it's certain those two would be at the bottom.
