Does this man, Cho Kuk, have no sense of shame?

If he was sentenced to guilty verdicts straight from the first trial to the third trial,
shouldn't he at least feel some shame?
Is the fact that there are so many fools supporting a person like that
proof that South Korea is backward? lol
