Are Tesla FSD cars currently driving around our country?

There might not be a huge number, but
I've seen many videos of people driving
certain Tesla models in FSD mode.
Since there haven't been any major news reports about accidents yet,
it seems to be quite safe.
I'd love to ride in a car with FSD
in downtown Seoul or somewhere like that..
