T1's biggest problem at this point.

Age certainly cannot be hidden.
He cannot win the laning phase against Zeus, Zeka, or Chovy.
In fact, he is often pushed back by Bdd or ShowMaker as well.
Actually, Faker could retire immediately without any issues.
With tens of billions in accumulated salary, real estate ownership, and shares in T1.
Even if he doesn't become a streamer, he can start a second life easily.
Retiring at the peak of glory is actually a dream for all professional players.
The problem is T1.
There is no immediate replacement for Faker in sight.
Chovy, Zeka, Bdd, and ShowMaker all seem unlikely to change teams.
Faker is also mechanically better than the other mid laners.
However, unless they re-sign Zeus for the top lane,
winning seems impossible due to the weakness in the laning phase of the top/mid lines.
The best method would be to use Faker until Chovy's contract ends,
then have Faker retire and bring in Chovy,
but it doesn't seem like Chovy would make such a choice.
If Faker is there, winning is difficult,
and if Faker leaves, there is no way at all.
It might be a bit of a stretch, but bringing Zeus back is the best way to extend the team's lifespan.
