Gongdo, Segyo, and Bongdam

I travel nationwide for work
There is no more work in the provinces now
I am currently living in a newly built apartment in Daegu
But I am looking into moving to the Seoul Metropolitan Area
These three areas are close to ICs in southern Gyeonggi and fit my budget
They are all somewhat similar, but among these three areas,
which one do you think has the most future value?
