I'm telling you, switch to a volunteer military system

I'm telling you, some people are just built for the military
It would create jobs for young people
And boost military morale
Instead of half-heartedly trying to raise sergeants' salaries
Just recruit through a volunteer system
Then even with a shrinking population, you can fill the ranks
Military incidents would decrease significantly
And everything would get better
