It's driving me crazy actually experiencing a plane not taking off for an hour

Once you board a plane, you tend to relax thinking you're finally on your way, but I thought I was going to lose my mind because my flight from Venice airport to my next destination just wouldn't take off after boarding.
Since a flight that was already delayed was being delayed even further, my subsequent train reservations and entire itinerary were at risk of being ruined, and seeing the plane just sit there made my heart sink.
Later, an announcement was made saying that all takeoffs and landings were prohibited due to a flock of birds near the runway,
but after being so restless, once the time passed where my train tickets would irrecoverably go to waste, I just felt a sense of resignation.
Experiencing something like this makes me unable to understand what Park Soo-hong was thinking when he caused such a nuisance... I bet the passengers didn't even know what was going on.
