Not being able to use the martial law card has turned out to be a masterstroke

Since the lame duck period of the Lee Jae-myung administration is starting so quickly,
it is practically difficult to find issues that could trigger a rebound in approval ratings.
The final card was martial law, but since Yoon Suk-yeol used it first,
the only way left to raise approval ratings is through sheer personal capability.
